Biržai regional park education programmes
Sightseeing tour (excursion) around the Biržai Regional Park + visitor center exhibition, 3 hours.
Theme of Visitor Center visit: "The Edge of the Meaningful Land", 45 min.
Education:
"From Agluona to Apaščia, get to know cultural objects and rivers" - 1-1.5 hours.
"The keeper of Širvėna lake and his relatives" - 1-1.5 hours. For children aged 6-12.
"Secrets of the Meaningful Earth" education with geologist Šarūnas Kubilius.
"Mushroom expedition" in September-October.
Charter hikes (for companies, groups, communities)
for example: the "Flying Land" hike.
The meeting place is Aikštelė near Karvės olos.
The circular hiking route is about 15 km long.
We will visit the most impressive and newest sinkholes, the much-undiscovered mysterious sinkhole of Požemis stream (or Mantagailiškis manor), wade in the Smardone spring and taste its water.
